Breaded okras

500gr little okras
1 glass of flour for general uses
2 beaten eggs
1 glass of bredcrumbs
salt and pepper
2 teaspoons of paprika, hot or smoked
500ml olive oil (for the frying)
500ml vegetable oil (for the frying)

How to do:
We clear and "dry" the okras under the sun. We put the flour, the eggs and the breadcrumbs with salt, pepper and paprika in three big plates. Then we put the orkas in the flour then in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs. We leave them in the fridge for 30 minutes and then we repeat the previous procedure. We heat in medium temprature the oil (olive oil and vegetable oil together) in a fryer or in a pot and we fry the okras until they become crispy. Then we put the okras in a big plate with paper in order to get out the oil that they took. We serve them with mayonnaise, barbeque sauce or yogurt with mustard and coriander.
