Salad with green beans, tuna and summer vegetables

Ingredients:
600gr green beans, cleared
1 green pepper thinly sliced
1 medium onion thinly sliced
2 big tomato, quartered or 20 cherry tomatoes cutted in the middle
2 medium boiled potatoes
300ml olive oil
100ml vinegar
4 boiled, sliced eggs
24 black olives
4 tablespoons of caper
salt and pepper

For the tuna:

600gr tuna fillet in big slices
4 tablespoons of soyias' sauce
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
salt and pepper




How to do:
Tuna: We put the tuna fillets in a big bowl and we drop in the same bowl all the other ingrdients. Stirring them together and we leave them fore half an hour.

Composition: We put the green beans in a pot with salted water that boils and we cook them for approximately 15 minutes. Then, we put them in an oven dish in order to get cold.
