Ingredients:
225gr butter, with salt or not
375gr dark chocolate (53%-55% cocoa)
85gr dark milked chocolate, cut in chopped big pieces
3 eggs
½ vanilla
1 cup of crystal white sugar
150gr flour for every use
½ tablespoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon paprica
¼ teaspoon cardamoms graded
1 pinch of red hot chilly pepper in powder (if you want)
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of walnuts or nuts in big pieces
1 cup of fresh cherries (without the pits) cutted in the middle

How to do:
Preheat the oven in 170°C (in the air). In a ben mari (metal bowl in a pot with water that boils) we melt the 225gr of the dark chocolate the dark milked chocolate and the butter while stirring with a spatula. We leave the mixture in room temprature for approximately 10 minutes in order to get cold. We drop the egge, the vanilla and the butter in a big bowl and we stirring the mixture. We add the mixture with the chocolate and butter and we stirring softly with a spatula until it gets homogenized. In another bowl we sift the flour, the baking powder, the spices and the salt. Then we put them in the mixture and continue to mix them with the spatula. We drop the rest of the chocolate (150gr) and we stirring. Finally, we put in the nuts and the cherries. Baking for approximately 20-15 minutes. Leaving them to get totally cold for 1 to 2 hours and then we put that in the fridge for 30 minutes, into pieces and serve it.

TIPS:Customize the quantity of spices in order to your taste or abstract some of them if you don't like it or you don't have it. Mix the chopped chocolate and the nuts with a tablespoon of flour before adding them in the mixture in order to be in uniformity in the sweet and not in the bottom of it.
